They came to me to run their German Amazon listing, and somewhere in the middle of that I started reading the lab certificates properly rather than skimming them for the listing copy.
I’m 52 and I’ve been reading natural health studies since I was a teenager, so I already understood, or so I thought, the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).
But the numbers on those certificates were a long way from anything I’d seen on any other brand in the supermarket or online… and almost none of it was reaching the UK.

I only sell Atsas high phenolic olive oil. If I thought a better EVOO existed I’d be selling that instead.
It’s a teaspoon a day in my house, and yes, it makes you cough… that’s the point!
